These are Units given in packages and offers for VIP players. They have the same stats, but only the image is the different one.

these units are on vip offers packages. the stats are the same you can build on hatchery so the only diference is the look they have

if you want, normal players, get an offer you will receive eldrich troop that are better that prestige dragons or prestige griffins.

No, it's not. There are many factors that are taken into account while adding players to the VIP program.

Among the main ones are the amount of time spent playing the game, how long ago players joined, and their levels of activity in the game.

We can't add all players who suit the requirements to program at once. It's still developing and planned to be extended.

The prestige dragons are given to VIP's who spend $100 or more per package - I guess they will have to decide if pixels are worth buying those big packages - also if someone spends regularly all they get are big packages so for a regular spender a $100 package common

As it's already said, the main factors are your activity, how long you're playing the game, what achievements you have.

As for these Units, they don't differ in stats, have the same strength and the only difference is their image.

Worse still you are talking to knowledge players in communities where people talk about who got VIP and who didn't. Your lie didn't even have a chance of flying, it was dead in the water before you pen'ed it. We all know already, without a shadow of a doubt it's not true. 

Just my personal experience. 

My account. 3 years into the game. Long term captiain of major league. One time leader of major server alliance. Winner of multiple weekly events. Massive contributor to the community and poster on the forums, nominated my players as one of top 5 most influential players on the server. VIP = No. 

My sons account. Member of the same league. No other accolades to speak of - VIP. Difference between our accounts, his gets money spent on it because I am a soft touch. Mine has little to no money spent on it ever. 

That is just a fun little piece of anecdotal evidence. But remember we all talk to each other in our communities and leagues. We all know who got/gets into VIP and who didn't. It's not rocket science to notice that VIP is directly proportional to money spend. 

If you are going to lie about stuff we all already know the answers to you will have zero credibility in anything else you ever say. And that would be a shame because from time to time you must post some stuff in good faith, which we will now not believe.
