Doom has come to stormfall
it seems a massive number of players are locked out of the game.
apparently, all day. this doesnt bode well when the impending doom of flash is in the back of everyones minds.

Flashplayer the "engine" that the game is built around, being discontinued. Obsolete... dead!

Thank you Gadheras, I did not know this, Only started playing this about a month ago and really enjoy it. It seems Server 2 and 3 have issues. Can not get into Farwol's Crown at all now but was able to early this morning. Respectfully B'ham

and everytime the game crashes, we are left to wonder if that was the end of it.

And even they had a cash shop in addition that just limited itself at such things as resource and xp/time boosts, vanity items and such it wouldn't affected the sandbox much.
They could made the progression to level a bit slower, and keept it "free 2 play" up to like a certain player and after that you would needed to subscrbe to keep going. Would been much more sensible and give people enough time to decide if subscribe would be worth it or not.

This issue has nothing to do with the Flash. It was caused by some technical issue on the servers.
I reported this issue to devs and they fixed it pretty fast.
As for the issue that Flash is going to be not supported in several years, yes, we know about it.
My reply to this question remains as it was, these changes shouldn't affect our games, and you have nothing to be worried about.
