Hi, it seems some people have received a proportion of their troops back. Some like me have got none. The promise was all troops lost that day, this has not been fullfilled. I took heavy losses for what I thought were good rewards, to find this is not the case. It would be interesting to see how many of the big hitters got their troops back as those I have spoken to who have got some (not all) of their troops back in fact lost very little that day.

Hi boys. Same here, no refund from this event. I know from a fact some people got back their units, me and my brother did just like you Daemon, using alot of units that i would never use and also the 50% off/def boost aswell. Ive been writing on the fb page site asking about details and when i get a refund as promised but havent heard anything.  

Suggest the fix is implemented for all and get this over with.  

On the other hand a server reset might be in order but that has massive implications on player resources, time and money spent while this problem has remained unsolved.  We are about to roll into Monday revive with this MISTAKE remaining unsolved.

I for one don't want moderators that took advantage of the Argentine Peso fiasco to benefit their leagues with discounted packages to represent me in this matter.  The rest of us paid full price while they gorged on 90% off the cost of of packages for months.    

Recommend you look at the weekly battle ground ranking for the day in question and contact the top 50 battle ground players for their input.  They are the players that lost the most.  This would require extra work on your part but the enormity of this MISTAKE is only compounding each day!

It's funny  for me to see how players complain about theyr troops lost , (i saw some players who said they lost 100 k dragons and over 150 k griffins in BG for that tourney), but i wonder if those players are hypocrites, or they dont have a clue about what they talk. 

Despit of the amount of troops that any of us killed in that day in BG, let not forget WHY we did it : for 150k saphires !  So why now everybody want they lost compensated ? Come on guys! We kill those troops for 150 k saphires, so what we have right to ask for, is 150 k saphires. Not more, not les... Not hundred of tausends lost troops... If Plarium wouldnt change that reward, and would be left to 150 k saphires, i wonder if somebody would ask to get troops lost revived for free?!!! 

But now , we want all our lost compensated...I think it is hypocrisy...no more no less...   

Players would not have pushed hard in this event if the old bait and switch was not pulled a day in.   This problem goes well beyond what a tiny gift can fix now - I amazes me those that didn't play day one and took advantage of the Argentine currency for months while the rest of us paid full price are now so concerned about game balance.  Talk about hypocrites.  

Everyone knows you are the player benefitting the most from this insance Plarium compensation scheme. We all know this is totally wrong. You know its wrong too.

Everyone can see you making post along the lines of "great fix Plarium you are doing the right thing". So now we all know what kind of person and player you are.

Just own it. You aren't the only person in the world that operates solely based on their own self interest. In fact I would say you were in the majority. From what I am told around 2/3rd of the player mods were encouraging Plarium to implement this fix, only around a 1/3rd were telling Plarium the truth and they got drowned out.

Not owning it at all and then doubling down by trying to jusfify yourself by throwing false shade on everyone else just makes you look even worse.

Sadly this game is all about greed, as it often is when it comes down to people spending money. All sides seems to look to their own benefits only arguing for or against based singly on how much they are to benefit from things.

Grimnbold: yes, we know the currency issue and that it made things very unfair, but it is also hypocritical of you to argue that you should be benefitting unfairly this time around, only because someone else did before you.

Every player in this game that have done any BGs know how bad a solution it is to ever replace troops "lost" without taking away the gains first. Anyone arguing that this is fair is only looking at how much they are to gain, and should definitely be considered biased. If we truly had moderators arguing that this was a good solution said people should also take a hard look at why they are unable to distance themselves from their own greed and do their job. I do, however, prefer to think that this "solution" was purely put into action without much input from any player being considered.

As for Plarium, you failed to deal with the currency issue, which is a festering wound in this game. Fail to deal with this too and things will not look great.

The troops will be sent tomorrow. It took more time than we expected.  

King Kong errr DJ Moody - I don't want you or your friends that took advantage of 95% off packages for months influencing how plarium compensates those wronged by their mistake.    Sorry if this makes your uncomfortable.

I applauded plarium for trying a solution that was not one size fits all with a simple same gift to all - even if they didn't play that day.  My proposed solution was that the top BG players from that day are asked for a fair solution and that no moderators from those leagues that took advantage of the Argentine currencty fiasco are involved.   That is reasonable and not hypocritical!   

To be fair to everyone, this should have been sorted on the day, it was not. Still once they realized their mistake the next day it would have been a simple matter to reset the game to just before the start of the tourney and refund any and all cash spent that day, even if it was just a credit note. That way nobody would have lost anything, nobody would have gained anything. Plarium didn't do this as they were completely confused by the whole thing. They came up with the idea of a full troop refund for the day, not the best solution, but perhaps the fairest for those who played big that day, remember time is money, I was on the game for about half the day. Another day has passed now the troops will come back Wednesday. I pretty much know what I started with in the morning of the game day, so I expect these back at the very least, still if Plarium keeps playing games, I keep my cash. Honor your promise PLARIUM.

As an aside, it was stated off b/g troops were refunded, they were not I got nada back. So does that mean that I don't get back my off troop ? "All troops lost b/gs, Pvp and Hamlets." this was the statement from the company. I play the tourneys and accept my losses. The b/g contest running at the mo, I have lost 30k griffin and about 4k dragon, that's the game. To put up a comp then change it the next day is bad form and those of us who played hard and lost hard are pretty much within our rights to kick up about it, the prize should not have been changed as IF it was a mistake it was Plariums not any player. Let's see what Wed brings have to admit to be quite miffed about the whole thing.

I am told that all returned units will be in offense (even for losses of defense)

Received my troops back and in the form of offense best I can tell.  

Plarium thanks for implementing a solution that made things right for those leagues and players that pushed hard during the first day of the experience tournament.
