Hi, works to a degree. Sell one hero equip, log out log back in then can sell another. This issue has been going on for the last few days for a lot of people in my league and from your note yours as well. Plarium really ought to fix this. Game should be a fun way to relax for a little, make it a chore and who will stay to play. Too much thought of $$$$ not enough about players. :(

Equipment selling is a nightmare.

If you are selling / moving equipment whilst doing BG's and earning more its VERY easy to lock up the equipment screen to the point you have to re-start the game.

Basically if any action on equipment is going on at the same time as a new piece of equipment its dropped to inven the equipment screen will crash (although wierld you can continue to play the rest of the game unhindered - all the other lag / freeze issues seem to mess up the entire game when encountered)

Completing buildings and lost arts seems to be another pain point. When the game glitches and shows a negative time to complete that building / art won't register as complete and you can't start another one without a restart.

Probably the most annoying bug of all (not lag related), is the game removing troops you have seleted whenever there is battle or returning troops arrive back home. Try sending armies of each troop to kill BGs when you have 15 second send time from Battle Pass.... even simple selecting 1 Garg to no loss kill SH BG's can become near impossible when you already have a stream of Gargs on the way to BGs. 

PS none of that has anything to do with whether the picture appears before 10% of your load.

Thank you, yes I was selling a lot of equipment quick, so maybe less haste more speed. Been following your posts, agree that they should merge the different legendaries of the same grade into one, lol got more different legendary than troop types and this just isn't right.

I have not had any issues with loading and if your taking over 20 minutes to load that suggest to me that it's a matter of your internet connection speed. My broadband fiberoptics connection loads in about 15 to 20 seconds. I remember years ago while living in the Australian Bush trying to update games back then took about 20 minutes to an hour or more. 

But I only had a dial-up connection then with a speed of 31.2 KBPS At the very highest and sometimes is was as bad as 12.4 KBPS. which made it impossisble to update.

This game requires a good internet connection and reasonably good sized RAM allocation to preform at optimum levels  

Hello,     I am having same issue i have internet speed of 8 mbps but the game stucks at 99% i had waited for more than half an hour but nothing happens please tell me I have downloaded this game today thrice but same thing happen when I launch stormfall the loading stucks at 99% only it loads fast from 1 to 99 but then it stops what i have to download please tell me anyone.....

One of two things has happened when you get stuck at 99%.

Either:

a) the game server is down

b) you got glitched and a quick restart will fix it (annoying but not the end of the world)

Clearly if it's a) nothing you can do will fix that. 

If your league uses TS, Discord, Skype etc then quick ask around will usually confirm that other ppl can't get in either at which point you know its the server and not you.

The game server being down (stuck at 99%) used to be extremely rare. But in the last couple of weeks it has become more frequent. On top of a few server crashes you'll also encounter the same thing when the game is down for maintenance for an update. We have had quite a lot of maintanance downtimes reccently too.

If it's maintenance then not often more than 5 mins wait. If it's more serious server crash it's normally back up in 30 mins / max 1hr.

While Plarium can only do so much about servers crashing - its does happen with games. Where they could help the situation is by using the notification system to provide a message maintenance is happening. Sometimes they do that but often there is no notification. Better comms would improve customer experience, as ppl would know what was happening when they can't get in the game.

Okay You say " I have internet speed of 8 mbps but the game stucks at 99% " How many programs are you running with this connection?  such as  (Discord,Teamspeak,Skype. ect ect...)  How many browsers are you using also That plus  the abilities of your computer all play into preformance of the game try Closing a few things that are not needed while playing and see if that improves your game experience. 

Right click on the task bar (at the bottom of your screen) and select Task Manager.  There should be a Processes tab that shows CPU, memory, etc utilization, both total and how much each process is using.  This should help you figure out what's causing the problem, if the % total use in any of these categories is near 100% that's probably what's slowing down your game.

My computer doesn't have the limitations yours does Fire Blaster (edited to add posters name) because my speed is steady at 72 mbps and my Contract is unlimited downloads  If you are using an ISP and you have a metered connection you will find when you have reached your Limit the ISP will restrict your account to a much slower connection speed.

Yep - Flash uses a obcene amount of memory. It wasn't really written to run games. So its not optimised for what we are using it for.

But you would have to have a really old computer not to comfortably be able to run one instance of the game. I can run quite a few in sandboxes and still be able to do other stuff on this PC (and this machine is 3 yrs+ old).

And FYI unless you are on a dlail-up modem from the 1980's your internet connection isn't going to be the reason you get stuck at 99%. If you live in a reasonably developed Western nation your internet connection will be hundreds of times faster than needed to run the game. Steaming an HD video is many times more bandwidth intensive that this game.

FYI There are still parts of the world that are on dial-up sad but true
