My friend already contacted the Support Team and he received a reply saying they're not willing to investigate.I am not sure if forum rules allow me to post these pics with the reply, if they don´t, kindly let me know so I can delete the pics.

For me looks like either they didn't looked into it,either they don't want to.
The situation is easy to solve if they want to. Nicu has access to his account, the problem is that the account was hacked with the sole purpose of destroying the army. They can check the IP adresses from where normal gameplay is usually done from, and they can verify that the actions where the army was dezstroyed were made from an IP in a different country than regular logins are made.
AS it was an action specifically focused on damaging his game account, my request is that you undo any and all actions that were made from that foreign IP address, since those actions were made without his knowledge or authorization.
So,what other steps can I do to help my friend get his troops back?
