Champ Summoning event - late start?

Today's Champ Summoning event appears to have started about an hour after the 2X event.

I would have expected both events to start at the same time.

The problem now is that any Holy or Epic bonds opened in that hour won't count in the Champ Summoning event.

I'd be fine with this if there was a gap of a day or so between the two events, but just an hour is pretty bad.

To say it leaves a bad taste in the mouth is a bit of an understatement.

i had the same exact issue

but when i refreshed i saw that points for opening bonds were applied to the event

i didnt even notice the late start,i thought i was in game when it started and hadnt refreshed thats why i didnt see events tab because after i refreshed the events were there

anyways,my points were applied to bond events even though there was gap in their rather say appearance

It didn't get added for everyone.

If you applied the bonds in the first hour - you didn't get points.

If you applied after first hour (when the game had added the event) but you hadn't refreshed then you will find that despite the event not showing on your screen (it wouldn't until you refreshed) you did still get the benefit when you did refresh. Or put that another way, you did get the benefit of any bonds opened after 1hr when the event started regardless of whether the event shows on your screen or not.

And yes, there is some bad coding, that lets the client get so out of date with the server.

Back to the op's point starting the two events with an hour difference is just going to lead to unhappy customers. It's seems totally unnecessary and just needs more thought. I know a few ppl who are very annoyed (and really those events are great so Plarium should get nothing but happy customers from there things, just got to run them sensibly and all will be good).

It's odd since Plarium usually starts all the events for the day at the same time.  I'm guessing it was an accident, somebody typed the wrong number into a schedule or something.  Will just have to wait and see if it happens again next time.

I guess the moral of the story is the early bird doesn't always catch the 3 holy bonds.
