To Plarium:
I get that the world has changed and many people aren't at an actual job-site.
That being said, an internet gaming company should definitely have people working remotely.
Why then, has ticket 1695464 gone unanswered for two weeks?
And a subsequent ticket, 1723096 also has gone unanswered or acknowledged for a week?
To recap: The price I was charged for a couple of in-game packages was more than the stated cost.
Assuming I can get an actual person to correct this, I expect a refund of the difference or some sort of in-game compensation.
