The deeds rewards are given to you automatically when you claim the main Brawl rewards. There is no need to collect the Deeds rewards during the event, unless for some reason you urgently want to cash them in and not wait for the end of the event
You can check this quite clearly from the chests which appear for collection immediately on collection of the main brawl reward.
FYI the expiry timers on those chests start from when you collect them (i.e. when you collect the deed during the event, or at the end if you didn't specifically collect them). Like normal chests, if you don't open them within their expiry time then you do lose their contents.
