In the old days when u leveled up u got 20 free dragons and some skulls. Today i believe from level 100 u get way more troops dragons and griffins for free for leveling up. those troops a lot of players never got. When are all the high level players being compensated for that?
That's correct. I don't think we'll ever see the troops we missed out on as that would be very difficult to calculate for each player in the database since the change happened quite a while ago, but I certainly wouldn't mind if they managed it :)

There will not be a refund of those troops ...
But with new level there is always a gift with dragons and griffins
