If you have extra unlock tokens at the end of the cycle you can use them to get any rewards you missed. But yes, if you logged in that day and didn't get the reward support should be able to help you with that.
It is not possible to login and fail to be given a reward. They are paid automatically.
Your Day 90 Paragon Reward is paid as soon as you login. To test this you need to make a note of how many Dragons and Sapphires you have on Day 89.
Your 50 Dragons are added when you login, not when you click the reward.
