Would anyone have advice/tips on how to report a player of stormfall age of war server 1 in regards to talking about my deceased mother......I am the definition of a mommas boy and i wont tolerate it from anyone

Depending on what he said it may or may not violate the ToS. You could also just add him to your blacklist so he can't message you.
Good day WAYWARD CHILD , I am sorry for such inconveniences , in my opinion the best way to proceed is to report them to the Support team , in that way the admins will warn him , and if he will continue to violate the rules , the sanctions will be more and more heavy for him .
