how many emeralds do we get on upgrading to lvl 30/40 of lvl 6 champion?
Same about lvl 7 champion and lvl 8 champion

When you enlighten your Champion after reaching 30 you receive the same amount gained in that rank when you reach level 40 Note Rank 5 Max level is 35

Btw if you're short on emeralds you can also get some from the monthly moon quests, I believe the total available is 2200 emeralds and 129 recharges (worth 1290 emeralds).

I get more Emeralds than I can ever use just from Bonanza, while I am hunting for Geists, Hunt Activators, Bonds, Orbs etc.
The best tactic is to spend the first 3 days collecting Bonanza Coins before spending any, which will guarantee getting the top rewards when they appear.
p.s. Remember to avoid enlightening your champions until they reach 5 star level 30, to get extra Emeralds at level 30 and 35

Enchant 5 champions at level 5. Upgrade an unenchanted champion with the enchantged leveled ones, then level it and enchant it at level 6.
