Ok, did you migrated the account on the application plarium play ?  how many time is from the last time when you played ?

i ask that because after 3 years  of inactivity the date are deleted  , for the law of privacy ...

I bought a laptop at Christmas and I downloaded the plarium play app and then I signed up to stromfall with facebook  on 31 -1 -23 ..then I looked to see my friends and my siblings and they weren't on the server I was playing on so I'm asking if I can make a new game so I can find my friends

You might just be on the wrong server, check on the top of the screen to the left of the full screen icon it should say the server name.  The 3 available are "The dark plains", "Untamed lands" and "Farwols crown".  Make sure you're on the same one as your friends or you won't be able to find them.

I don't think the facebook games are accepting any new players.  We can't even send friend requests

That's true, my Lord. Players are welcome to create their new game account on Plarium Play servers. 

It Appears that you are  a New Player  looking to join your  friends and family in the  facebook Stormfall  this  is not  possible  as the  facebook version is not accepting new Players. So if  your  friends  and  siblings want  to play with you  they will need  to join the other servers In the plarium Games
