Your league was virtual goods with no monetary value.  Also, you had 2 weeks notice that the league would be dismissed.  If you didn't log into the game for over 2 weeks it's your own fault.

I have historian with the Knight Temples. would rather die than join a league .

This was an intentionally done to target holiday makers. like me. its illegal. And a very bad practice. 

I get that they can screw us over by directly manipulation g BG mechanism. but to screw over like this. is messed up.

Japanese law includes virtual goods, but not other countries as far as I know

You do get 'compensation' for losing your league

You should have a new quest to Join any League with 2000 sapphires reward ..... (if you think about it, this a great way to transfer 2000 sapphires from alt accounts  hahahahaha)

This addition was done in a hurry as a knee-jerk reaction to another thread and many players hate it - A few of the top leagues suggested it, but I don't think they understand the destruction it causes

Plarium are also planning to delete all castles over 3 years inactive - they lose everythingand have to start again at level one

I believe this is reasonable.

We could discuss whether 3 years is the right cut-off.

But server space does actually cost money. The expectation that companies would hold data indefinitely well beyond the period where a player might reasonably choose to come back to a game is counter productive for us players as well. That generates a dead overhead that could be invested into new development and features. 

Looking around the map, 80/90% of castles never make it past the first hour of gameplay. Would we want to say they have no right to remove these?

Plarium will claim that this is because of new European Laws, but can we trust plarium's interpretation of the laws?  ... and can we trust the software they use to shut down these castles?

Snowgoon, on my server the deleting of inactives over 3 years with loss of all troops and they have to start again from scratch in a new castle under a different location has already been implemented on the server I play on, I have seen the complaints about it on the community page, 

They left the castles there empty with hero xxxxx as the name for raiding for resources and also for the top 10 seige ranking weekly tourney for winning saph from it

correct, thats what we got, you and I both saw the complaints on the community page with some players were reset to level 1 castle and could'nt access their own castle

I hope they leave all the castles that are level 60+...or at least 70+.

Really?   Thou shalt log in at least once every 2 weeks or you shall lose everything!

Only tyrants would have implemented this 2 week feature.   It doesn't matter that it was 1 week in the beginning, and that we should all bow down and be grateful to our masters for letting us have an additional week.    No.

If the true intention is to eliminate inactive leagues....120 days instead of 14 days would achieve the same result, while still allowing for most real life events, including burnout, to run their course.

There is absolutely no reason to implement such a short 14 day timer.

I also question why the devs implemented this feature without warning during the holidays where many players may not log in.   We knew it was coming at some point, unfortunately, but we didn't know it would be so soon and during the holidays.  At best, I figured it would be sometime in January.

Please let us know what your contract & the type of  monthly subscription fees you have bin paying for them to have broken the contract.

As you know your league cost you 2000 saphs for the person that payed for the league.

Its impossible to submit a ticket. You have to do the same recap 15 times over. then when you press submit it goes back to the support home page. I did this over and over and over again. Since plarium deleted our forum messages, I don't have some support members emails. 

They are certain SA laws that are in my favour

 The problem is this will cost me a lot. and then there is SA-Israel relation. My friend (Who is a commercial lawyer) advised me against the move.. I am hoping that Plari will find it in its hard stoned heart to do what is right and restore my league. 

If I can't have my League back. Then I will have to move on. My league was the only good thing I did in this game. 2000 Sapphire is a joke. I spend way more than that. Winning forts events, ect. not to mention how much it cost me in monetary value to complete league achievement.

I'm wondering if we'll make it past april when plarium's doman name expires.  theyve got the mobil app and the facebook server... they may decide they dont need the browser version anymore.

First of all, I'm sorry to hear your League got dismissed.

However, you received the dismissal timer in the game itself.

Now, regarding the feature itself:

1. To become inactive a player should be offline for more than 14 days.

2. You receive dismissal timer ONLY if your League activity is below 60%.

3. Your League will be dismissed in 14 days after you got the timer.

It means that in general, you had enough time to save your League from dismissal by increasing its activity. It could have been done in three ways:

- Removing inactive players.

- Adding new active players to the League.

- Moving inactive players to League Academy which is not counted in League activity.

You can get 2k of Sapphires you spent for the League creation by entering to another League.

All such complaints should be forwarded to support team as I haven't seen any confirmed reports where account of active player was deleted because of GDPR.

When your Castle is converted to a vacant slot, you also will need to start playing the game from the very beginning.

Wait... if they pulled webGl what is facebook running on?  stormfall was facebooks flagship game that moved over to WebGl.

There are no plans to close either plarium.com games or FB games (which are also running on Flash as all other FB games).

The fact we stopped WebGL project doesn't mean we'll close the games.

The only thing it means is that devs are working on another solution, not WebGL, that's it.
