Number of daily raids

Before the launch of SH, we were told the maximum daily resource raid limit would be raised from 500k to 1m.   I took this to mean 1m to 2m (caravan tricking) with the maximum number of stored raids being changed from 10 to 20.

When SH launched, the maximum number of stored raids was raised from 10 to 15.    Ok, so 500k to 750k (1m to 1.5m with CT).

Since the recent update, the maximum number of stored raids has been brought back down to 10.

What gives?

I think the raise from 500k to 1m was from Rise of Balur and was never explained

The extra 5 raids were given to all who unlocked Stoneheart

Devs are now saying that 15 raids per day was a mistake - http://prntscr.com/lsfkn6

Believe this if you are naive enough

The rest of us will see it as another stony-hearted nerf

Alina told us many times that with the release of SH, raid limits would be doubled.    If we are now being told this was a mistake, then either Alina lied then, Anastasiia is lying now, Daniel is lying about Anastasiia's response, or they were lied to by the devs.

In any case, someone lied.

A mistake admitted shows we are dealing with humans . I know I'm not perfect but I try.

I take it at that.

I got 20 raids left on mine.

What platform are you playing on ?

Several times over several months prior to SH release, we were told the limits would be doubled.  That is not a 'mistake'.   That is an outright lie if the devs never intended for this to be true.   Technically, it still was a lie, as the increase was only half of what was told...500k to 750k instead of 500k to 1m.

You probably have 20 raids because we just had 10 additional raids given.   I believe you'll have 20 until you start to use them.  You won't be receiving any more raids until you drop below 10 (unless the devs give out another raid bonus before that happens).

I don't need to raid for resources, so it took a few days for me to notice the reduction in raids from 15 to 10.

I play on Plarium.com.  I occasionally check in with my castles on FB.

Hello!

The limit was changed for Stormfall: Rise of Balur, but not for Stormfall: Age of War. In SFM players have a limit that prevented them to get more than 500k of Resources per 24 hours (from all their Raids). In SF you have a limit that prevents you from having a certain number of Resources from one Castle, but there is no general limit there. That's why this limit has nothing to do with SF.

Stoneheart Castle shouldn't have affected the number of Raids you have in any way. There was a mistake when the number of Raids increased to 15 instead of 10 for those who opened SH.

In the latest update, it was fixed and players receive the correct number of Raids now. By default (without any Events running) it should be 10.

Alina, you were telling us about the increase in raid limits on the Stormfall: Age of War community forum.   This is not the Rise of Balur forum.  The Rise of Balur forum is a completely different forum.    There is absolutely ZERO reason for anyone here to believe you or anyone else was talking about Rise of Balur.

Its bad enough that Facebook players come here to talk about things that do not exist in Plarium.com, but its far worse if a staff member comes to the Age of War forum and talks about a feature that is supposedly on a completely different game....without clarifying to all the players...that the conversation is about a completely different game.   No staff member should be talking about any feature update on a forum for a different game than the feature update applies to.

It sounds like there was a miscommunication between the devs and the CMs or between the CMs and the community.  I doubt Alina meant to upset you by talking about features on other games.

Is there no Item which could increase or refresh daily raid limits?

Sounds like there is a demand for this, but it would need to be pitched at the right price and limited in usage

Hello!

As I said, there was a mistake in the game when players received 15 daily Raids though they should have received 10 of them. Now, it's fixed.

I mentioned Rise of Balur as in your initial post you asked about the increase of Raid limit from 500k to 1 million. I just explained that this change doesn't come to browser/social games.

I don't remember me telling anything about this increase on SF Forum, if I did, I'm sorry for this confusion and miscommunication.

I wasn't claiming who was at fault.  I'm claiming it should NOT happen.   NO facebook player should be posting on these forums about content that is NOT in Plarium.com.   Go somewhere else.  I don't care where.  There is a community FB page.  I check the FB community page from time to time.   There is a search function available there that players can use to find relative posts.  They can also ask questions there about the features that exist on Facebook platform.

Absolute worst case could be to create a completely separate forum site on plarium.com just for facebook players.  RoB and AoW already have separate forums, along with the other plarium browser/mobile games.   Just add a new section for the facebook players if the facebook pages aren't good enough.

FB players usually post in the Bug Reports section only.

They do so as Support team accepts bug reports via Forum only and in the majority of cases, bugs are relevant for both FB and plarium.com platforms.

If check the topic carefully, it's quite clear usually where the player comes from FB or plarium.com servers.
