As Christine said. It was meant to be 11 thieves not x11 boxes containing x3 tier IV chests and keys.

As soon as they realised they removed it. Apparently chat got wiped as well. I don't know if that is a side effect of updating the offer / restarting server or whatever, although the conspiracy theorists are saying it was intentional to wipe any discussion of the offer from chat.

I am aware of at least one player who was in mid purchase and had money taken but didn't get the chests. They are still in discussion with support but that seems illegal to me (they either cancel your order or they honour it but they can't take your money and then give you a different set of goods than the offer you bought.....) 

Hmm, over here, we got consumer rights for such, but there is rules in place that protect the seller. So like if a sale get advertised, and a product priced wrong. And it was such an obvious error so the customer should understand this not possible. Like offer a new iphone for 5 bucks (silly example)...  Don't really want to side with the "greed" but. you should know if they not "GREEDY ENOUGH" there is something fishy going on...

Christine is right. The offer was added to the game with a mistake.

Instead of Chests, it should have had Units. 

Once we noticed it, this mistake was fixed.

Still, some players were lucky enough to use this offer. There weren't many of them and we didn't remove Items they got from this Offer.

It makes me all warm and fuzzy when I read this, how many mistakes have we as players made in the game and forced to live with our mistakes whether they were of our own making or caused by a Plarium glitch. Do you have a screen shot to prove the mistake is often asked by plarium and I don't know about you all but I do not screen shot before and after every action so no proof no joy.

Plarium makes a mistake and poof it is gone, hidden, removed and we get the reply thank you for your understanding.

They didn't take it away though, people who had bought the package got to keep the stuff.  Can you really blame them for fixing the sale when they noticed it was broken? 

Oh my oh my, how quick they are to fix anything tied to money, and especially when it is in the players favour. But good luck getting them to do anything else to fix bugs issues in a timely manner...

It's not a secret that bugs related to the game loading, entering the game, bugs with Offers and Bank, critical bugs that heavily influence the game are first to fix. And they're fixed not in a timely manner, they're fixed in an emergency manner.

Timely manner it once per month. It's a frequency of our update and in each update there is a bug fix part.
