Lost scrolls

Hey there.

I have made a mistake ingame. I accidentally sold all my scrolls. Yeah, I know.

Since I've been playing a few years now this was quite the big mistake. I know this is a long shot, I know it's my fault but if at all possible I'd like to have it back. I mean, it is unthinkable that this was an intended action, I don't even have enough space in the treasury for all the money I got...


I've got a premium account, I really enjoyed the game up until now and I would like to continue doing so. Obviously this situation (I lost around 200 scrolls) made me quite anxious so I would like to contact a GM, instead of talking on a forum (where my son made an account for me). Maybe we can talk it out or something.

Unfortunately, restoring sold Scrolls is not smth we can help you on Forum or via PM via Community Manager.

Only Support team can consider such compensations. You need to contact them via this form: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Describe the situation you faced and they will check whether smth can be done about it.

How can someone accidentally sell 200 scrolls.... a couple I can understand, but... 200? Oo

please if you are going always to criticize and post non constructive comments, avoid doing this

however you know your positive comments are always welcome and sometimes i miss them

so if you continue as first sentence i will delete all them and take this as a warn that im going to do it

Plarium were warned when they added the option to sell ALL scrolls with one click - http://prntscr.com/l4tyke

We all knew that this would attract misclicks

So why is there no contingency plan in place?

But no .... they continue to attract more and more misclicks by choosing such TERRIBLE names for the new stonehearted scrolls

Thats why have confirmation "breaks" before you do something that can be incredible silly, be in order. Sometimes players need protection from themselves -)


Heck, I once played a game that asked "sure you want to do this action?". I confirmed YES. And then.. "You REALLY Sure you want to do this?". This kind of hand helding, but at least It made me stop and rethink what I was doing. Particular in a game such as this where it can end up cost you a lot of real money as well.

@Gadheras: Thing is, the buttons for selling one scroll and ALL scrolls are kinda close together. So yeah, you get a confirmation, are you sure you want to blah blah blah. But after seeing this confirmation 100 times per day, you don't pay attention to its content. I mean, I was confident I was doing no mistakes.

@Snowgoon: That's exactly what happened. I mean, why would one even want to sell all the scrolls?
