"missed reward"

I should like to thank y'all for putting a time limit on the collection of earned rewards. I was rather sick yesterday and didn't have the opportunity to return and collect a reward, now it is gone for ever...bad move on your part...cheating players out of what they have earned!

Also, don't ya think it is rather stupid to put an "anti-robot" control on the validation of username / password at login? OH, and by the way; I had to verify, again, that I'm "not a robot" to submit this...that's AFTER it has been established that I'm "NOT A ROBOT"!

Hi there Jims, interesting topic, why the time limit on rewards was put on even I'm not sure of as I have missed some rewards myself sometimes especially with the league chests, maybe put it in the suggestion thread to ask for the time limit to be more than what it is now, you never know, it might get implemented if enough players ask.

2nd part, the I'm not a robot, yes I get that too when I log into my profile here, its more to keep bot programmed profiles out because bots will spam with links and sales items and if anyone clicks the link it most likely will be carrying a virus or worm that gets into your pc or phone and steals your data on you, its a safety net for us players the robot part

I totally agree, I don't think the time limit is fair, especially on THIS game. It can take forever to achieve rewards on some tournament, and you then because of some real life issue you are unable to log in for some days, and boom your rewards are gone, you can't claim them because the time limit for claiming has expired. This happens to me a lot, especially in server 1, There shouldn't be any limit on rewards that we worked hard to get.

I think it's perfectly reasonable that only active players get to pick up "Free Rewards".

Otherwise people would just log on alts once a month and get massive piles of rewards. At least the way it is you have to log in each day. It's a pretty good system in my opinion.

Well,, this wasn't a "free reward", I had to work, sacrifice troops to gain the reward. As has been mentioned, it can take a bit of work to place well in some tournaments.

And, I was down and out for a bit more than 12 hours. I usually visit my castle several times a day, to take care of business...

It doesn't matte what kind of reward it is. The problem is that the time limit to claim, Which does exist is too small.

With PvP tournament you can leave some million defense out, and take a break of days, then the next time you log in you can't claim your rewards. Instead of choosing golom/necros you get a message that say reward expired.

Maybe someone can check what are the limits, for Free gifts its 3 days, tournaments is 8/15 days. When you take consideration of how long vacations are, or how long it take to solve real life issues that time is way too small.

for some tournaments and quests it can be mere hrs.

I thought that the only rewards with a time limit were League Chests and League Quest Reward Packs

I have never found any problem collecting tournament rewards. even after 3-4 weeks of inactivity

but some confirmation would be nice to see

I don't mind the 3 day limit on the league quest rewards, though I would prefer a longer time limit...maybe a week.   The time limit I hate the most are the Mar'eth Quest Rewards.   There should at least be a 24 hour time limit...after server reset....to claim them.  The completed MQs could be sent somewhere else in the UI until claimed or the timer runs outs.

Trying to log in before server reset to get the rewards in time is not always possible, and it is very annoying when the reset happens a split second just before you click on it.
