Are you absolutely certain the equip is not Class I ... or even Class III? ... or are you upgrading Level 2 equipment?

It only applies to Cavalry Equipment from battlegrounds of level 21-40

Lower Level players (up to level 60?) can upgrade any equipment - but they only get Crystals

Sometimes, these mystery bugs only affect players in the same time-zone or country

Very annoying when bugs are so difficult to identify

Edit: Did you fully boost the upgrade, or did you leave 5+mins on the timer
I have noticed that boosting can cause glitches

Thanks for your thoughtful reply--right on.  Yes, it could be just my account.  I just finished telling a support person that screen shots would prove nothing.  lol  I guess my only option right now is to keep trying every so often.  Maybe others are complaining.  Thanks again.

Funny Stuff....HOLD on to some of your LVL 2 common to do weekly upgrades for sketches...BECAUSE my BG are now VOID of lvl II battlegrounds...
