i had a vip agent chlat on my acct for over 16 months, im still shown as a VIP too. i was inactive for 5months, came back to find my agent chat was gone. how do i regain it?

shouldn't we be working on completely removing it altogether. The VIP system does nothing positive for the game. All it does is corrupt the status quo by revealing important game changing scenarios
And by the way how far are beacon limits introduction, and fort limits reduction

The program won't be removed. It has nothing to do with revealing the game-changing scenarios. Members of VIP program don't have more information about upcoming updates than you do.
They receive faster Support as they have a separate VIP agent who replies to their questions and they can receive some additional Offers for being active in this or that in-game activity.
The program doesn't include anything that influences the game balance.
