You should read Plariums terms of use and the initial agreement.

As far as I know Plarium operate on a no refund policy. However, your bank, which should uphold customer rights law, can offer refund of up to 100%  the initial 1-3 month.

If you have a valid case, you can contact the support team and present your argument.

I expect a refund. I’m done with your money grabbing rng system.  I have posted complaints on the last 8 boosted summons(or more). 3 of which had characters iv wanted since the game came out so outside of all the time I put into this game I foolishly put an absurd amount of money on as well. 416 ancient shard, 46 void shards, and 6 ancients later I’ve gotten 1 leg champ and 3 new epics(spanned over around 7 of the last boosted summons events). The rest have all been duplicates. There is no clause or excuse that u can give me that makes that alright. Especially nothing worse than to have that many sacred shards saved up from my monthly grabs to get a duplicate epic. I have more than several photos illustrating what iv received during my mass summonings on boosteds. I do not expect to be handed the best champs in the game constantly. But atleast more than one new character I can actually use out of all of that I don’t think is too much to ask. Seriously go through my coding or whatever u have to do to see that what I say isn’t bs and I need compensated.

That is the downside of random loot boxes.

Someone somewhere will always be getting the most absurd bad luck. What might seem a million to one shot will actually be happening all the time in a game with 1 million customers.

Morally, you are perfectly correct in expecting to get your  money back. You spent what is a lot of money and received NONE of what you thought you were paying for.

Given it's actually the business model to use random loot boxes to increase revenue whilst giving nothing to the customer, relying on gambling urges and dopamine release to hook people into spending, I very much doubt you will get your money back (even though they could materialise a few holy bonds for you out of thin area at zero marginal cost given they are just pixels).

Practically there will only be a few routes for you to go down:

1. Some countries (like the UK where I live) have a cooling off period for internet purchases. You can ask for your money back for ANY reason within 14 days of purchase in the UK. Check out your rights where you live.

2. If you made the purchases by credit card then you can ask your credit card company to run a charge back. There will be a time limit to this and they will ask you for the reason. They may or may not support your claim depending on whether they feel their terms of use have been broken.

3. Random loot boxes are now illegal in some countries (e.g. Belgium). If you are playing from one of those countries, then they have committed a crime in allowing you to make the purchases. If you live in such a country, you might want to point this out to support and that you will report them to the relevant authorities if you don't receive adequate compensation. This may or may not motivate them to deal with you reasonably.

I hope simply helping someone understand their consumer rights, will not incur the ban hammer, or tampering with this post. I know these forums don't have a good track record when it comes to posting things Plarium don't want to hear, no matter how true or correct they might be.

I am sorry but the answer is no your account will not be refunded. As you made the choice to join and then you made the choice to quit long ago as you said. And when Joining you agreed to the terms of membership and refunds upon quitting are not within the terms you agreed to.
