Pat yourself on the back. You're done with construction. Congrats. Tell your craftsmen their job is done, and that they may now retire with nice fat pensions.
Know what happened the last time there were complaints about idle craftsmen? We were given additional building levels which required sapphire dependent sketches to upgrade, and then shortly afterwards we were given the ridiculously long troop build levels, all 4 of which must be completed prior to upgrading the TH past 20, just so we can reduce the time to upgrade the other buildings into their sketch required levels. Some of those who hadn't upgraded their TH past 20 when they had the chance were probably making up new expletives to describe the Plarium devs after that update.
Please just celebrate that the construction part of your castle development is finally maxed out, and stop asking for more. There is nothing wrong with being DONE with something.
For an interesting challenge: Start brand new on a different server and avoid any coining on that server. Remember back in the day when only 1 craftsman was available? The extra ones are very expensive if you're avoiding the coin. Try to upgrade your TH past 20 before Darkshine becomes a ghost town ruled by Balur.
On soldiers inc, you get a second castle with more stuff to upgrade, so it's possible we'll get something like that here. Just hold onto the craftsmen in case you need them later. Now that all buildings are maxed, what is to become of my craftsmen?
Are there new buildings coming or upgrading the levels again of the existing buildings?

Hello!
Biohazard is right. In the future, devs can come up with the idea to add this feature to Sotrmfall as well. And then your Craftsmen will have a lot of work to do again
