Hello, my Lord!
The most common reason for this issue is that you reached the limit on Resources you can raid from one Castle per 7 days :)

sure Lady Alina is right and u are raiding targets that u has not let pass the 7 days. try to launch the raids going directly to castle coords on map and using the menu crown u get if u pass ur mouse over the castle and then select raid. in that way if the 7 days have not still passed, u will receive a warning about that.
a tip i can give its to use an excel sheet to control ur targets and the day u raid them.
