According to the embassy page that shows my leagues achievements, it looks like I should be able to claim some bonuses but as they are not highlighted, I cannot. See this screen print for example http://prntscr.com/j4muuh . League marshal not sure so wondered if anyone else has met this before.

I am not sure about your history of gameplay or previous leagues. Though you can only claim prizes from it once, if it was claimed in previous league(s) then you cannot claim it again for the same achievement or up too that level of achievement already claimed.

if you had some rewards pending to claim an exclamation mark (!) in a red box would appear on lower left corner of the achievment
if you have none is cause u claimed it as can happen what lord Futrikelv said. however in this case the message received from lord oberon should have tell you that an achievment is gotten but not for u as you claimed it before.

Even if you don't receive Reward for this or that achievement, you still can open information about it and read what it's about.
As you see, Individual Bonus Menu is unchecked here. More likely, you received this Bonus from the achievement in your previous League as it was stated in the comments above.
