Regarding Plarium app

(Plarium app desktop version)

There was an update to Stormfall: Age of War yesterday. Not able to access it via the app only. Everything else seems to be stable and loading. This happends more or less every time there is an update for this game. It takes 24-36 hours before you can load it again. It counts fast from 1% to 99% and hanging.


While I am at it, the app should have a few more options added to it. 1: Cleare cache directory, instead of manually go in there deleting files.2: Option to upgrade/patch the app itself, without manually reinstalling (uninstall and install) it.

We contacted our developers and they told us that there are two possible reasons that might cause the loading issues:

if you use a browser follow this steps:

1. Issues with your current internet connection. To solve the problem, we recommend running the game in the Opera browser in the Turbo mode. More details can be found on this website: http://www.opera.com/turbo


2. Problem with the interaction of the browser and Flash Player. There is a solution for different browsers

- Google Chrome: instructions can be found in this article https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/articles/115000338431

-Mozilla Firefox: perform the following steps:1) press Ctrl + Shift + A2) open the Plugins tab3) choose the "Always activate" option for Shockwave FlashNB! 

You should install the latest version of Flash Player so that this option would work correctly.

Please inform me about the outcome.

This is about the Plarium app and not about any browers. It works fine with browsers. My connection is fine.

please read one of the last sentences i wrote

about the app there's no way to identify the issue at the moment

please use the browser if u dont have any issues with  it till devs identify the problem with the app

It is working again, some 24+ hours later since the initial update.

Then that should be the answer to my problem. Since I never said anything about browsers being the problem. And I can't do any of those things in that copy&paste script in the app itself.

Please note that Plarium App is still in beta version, and our devs are working on it. 

It means that after updates some issues still can appear.
