This thing called "BALANCE" in the game...wtf is that?

So many times in the past 2 years I see Plarium saying they cant do stuff, because it would affect the "BALANCE" of the game. lol


So, I"m drunk and bored and trying to figure out where this mythical BALANCE is. does anyone know?


I'm pretty sure there is no Balance in Hamlets, or off vs def, or BG's, or Beacons, or Coiners vs Rec. Players.


So where is this all mighty gotta have Balance at?

After 2 years you should know that the only balance they care for is their account balance.

in fact the so called balance means the profit balance ,its all about the profit company will have thats the fact


they dont design any feature nor make a decission withouth think the economicall results,thats a fact,it is buisness guys and all decissions l is based on it,thats a fact.



about game:


there is balance between offense and deffense ,you underastimate the whole game when you talk in this way


all numbers is specific and calculated,many times you can predict the outcome of a raid if you know your troop and the troop of the enemy


of course the way they desing the infamous balance is based on the best way they will earn money,there is no doupt just guys dont underestimate the  standar numbers.

If everybody quits they wouldn't make any money, so I'm sure they try to maintain some balance in order to keep the game going.

learning your limits and capabilities goes a long way in how you approach and succeed in the game :)

Lords and Ladies, let me try to clarify this. 


Initially, our game was without any limits. For example, you could take as many Resources as you wanted or send as many troops as you like. Such freedom in games is great because it gives almost unlimited opportunities, but leads to a number of problems.


For example, players started creating bots and selling resources from them. Although our company struggles with bots, it's impossible to keep track of everyone. That's why it was decided to limit the number of incoming Resources sent as a gift. We set the value so that the average player didn't feel uncomfortable and could get help from the League.


As for the limits for sending troops, one player with a large army can't capture the entire map. He will have to unite with strong players for a massive battle with other strong players. 


So when it comes to adding new features or improvements requested by players, we always take into account the possibility to abuse this feature and look for ways to keep the game balanced.

so when are you going to institute attack limits on beacons so that one or two leagues can't just hammer out smaller leagues for the sake of PVP?


you speak of limits but you have not limited how much money someone can spend to buy their armies .....

When are you going to limit, spending on troops, for the sake of balance, like, slow down wallet warriors vs the "train troops at normal speed". I think most have the spending vs f2p or small time spender.... in mind when it come to ballance. Its like, when it comes down to if you got money to spend, ballance? we have no such issues... but if you a f2p or spend little and start ask about ballance and ask for things that might improve the situation of the non wallet warriors, we get thrown the "oh no, cant do that, for the sake of BALLANCE...."
