in the develompent tournament the points you take is depended on the amount of recourse you spend or on the time need a building to reach the next level?
or both reasons?

It is based on time. I remember a screenshot showing how much points you will receive per upgrade time
1K points is for 4 days, or something. I don't remember. But its time.
Some lost arts give more points, even for the same level. A level 21 EN gives more points than a level 21 demons heart. I don't think resources matter.
I recently upgraded hall of shadows to level 14, and got 2858 points. but its only costed less than 10K in each

The CM can’t answer question related to game mechanics. But maybe she will make an exception for you as you are a good member of the forum. I will try to persuade her to answer your question

thanks oracle i will try catch the online chat but not sure if i will be online thats why i asked for help ,i dont send personall letter to the cm because as far as i know asking question during online chat is something help them do their job better and easier instead of send the pm.
i hope she will say it ,since its not a question about codes and algorithms ,it is a question anyone should know,simple question about game and of course it doesnt hurt company in any case if players know something like that,anyway thanks :)
