Suddenly I am not getting any hero gear from battlegrounds. I should be getting DOUBLE hero gear because I have a bonus program running. Everything worked fine for the first 24 hours, but now it does not. I tried resetting the timer.

Yes, I scrolled all across the report. I'm not new to the game. I can't show all of that in one screenshot though. It happened again to me today. I started recieveing hero gear again after reset, I did all my battlegrounds, I bought new battlegrounds, and in the middle of doing those I suddenly stopped getting hero gear again. Now I think there must be a limit on the number of hero items you can recieve in one day. Can you verify if that is true for me? And if that is the case, Plarium should make that known in the bonus program description.

we still are new on this new items in bonus program and could be any kind of issue or missunderstanding

please contact support to check if ur stopping of receiving x2 hero items its cause there is a limit or its an issue
