another account used same email and locked out original account??

Hi Folks, 

A member of our League, named Exodist 1120, -1589 has reported to me through another league member that some how another player was able to create an account using his same email, locking him out of his account, have you folks ever heard of such a thing, and can someone have a look into this and fix it, what do we need to do to take care of this?

The actual problem relates to two email addresses that aren't exactly identical but have 1 number difference between them. It seems the system has confused the original player who is fully active, with a long inactive player's account due to this single number's difference in their email addresses. Now our active player cannot log onto his former active and mature account. Plarium needs to let him get back into the game please! He has inherited a tiny castle with no upgrades while his own account now needs attention. Please help, this is urgent!

Technical problem must be submitted to the support. 

gather the players ID(Which is found on the in-game guide the one that start with pp, on the button of the guide page) if the player can't access his in-game ID, he can use game locations.

These information, together with the precise, comprehensive explanation of what happened, will be enough to get the player back to the game.

While the support team is looking on the problem. You can try to enter the game using the real email that his game is registered to, and reset the password. The shouldn't be any problem in resetting the password, and thus getting back into his real game. 

Please make sure that the player has not switched servers.
