You get that shield for 7 days after a long absence. If you hit someone while being under the bubble they can retaliete that is why you were able to raid him.

at my side i see it a bit strange yep. we can think about he has been out for a period and has come again and thats why u can attack him but after then u cant 

i can think also about any kind of prottetion as a fallen warrior but in that case i think the warning should tell u that is a fallen warrior.

can be any glitch on game but dont sure

however if u think about any cheat used please send all this to support including the screenshots and explain all this situation. they can check that account and see if its using any kind of ilegal advantage better than us.

It's a new bully protection bubble. As much as the know Dragonrider just returned to the game, probably, you pounded him he comes back bubble appear.
