So am wondering how I now switch servers since there is no longer a server name at the top of the page to click on.

You should see the server name at the top of the screen. It may be difficult to see in full screen mode but it is very easy to see when not in full screen.

I know all of that I have played the game for two years, it was a glitch apparently because it is back now

Why switch severs when you can play on all servers at the same time

Sorry about that, but a solution is to log in into all the different games using chrome and divide your display into four equal part. soemthing like these, http://prntscr.com/ew2jvj. not so tidy but manageable.
But what I meant was Chrome, Torch and Edge to my best knowledge allow you to play on different servers but on different taps.
Click on your profile a new tab will open and click on a different game then you will play on that game. That is how I play on S1 and S2. I just tab the game. Pinning the tabs on chrome gives me a tidy way of playing.
Alternatively you can download the plarium game app and play on a different server on it, although you will have to check the server now and then, but atleast it will take a mere second.
