No support because My account cords are Invalid??

Really Tired Of the B/S I try to place a ticket and the Game says My cords are Invalid http://prntscr.com/etxgkq

  I just Want the Discount from Wheel of fortune that was offered when I went to use It The Game Charged Me 100% no discount Really sick of getting ripped off  by this Game!!!

I'm sorry for your loss. Although I cannot speak in the name of Support nor investigating the reason why that happened I can try solving your problem with in game cords. 

Instead of writing your cords inside the ticket form please copy and past your game ID.

Did you try the number to the right that starts with pp  . That should work for you but make sure your coordinates are deleted.

Ok Finally I got it to Work and for others that might have the same Issue  this is the part of the castle cords that allowed me to place My ticket pp18921183
