As for the Sketches, they are available in certain Development Tournaments.
The support needs 3 days to reply and in the moment i can't even contact them. I bought a building (town house lvl 20 to lvl 21) for almost 20k sapp and i did not want it. The game was frozen and after i was reloding the building was build. I think it is kind of cheating and I did not press this button. The support gave me the fault, he siad, i should be more careful... This is very funny because i am a very careful player, and btw they can see it if they study my account. Cheating customers is something that is not working well. :) If I don't get help and my 20k sapp back, i will quite that game forever. I am not willing to spend any Euro anymore if plarium is treating customers like this.
