seems that troops u have to choose for rewars has any issue when u open to claim the reward. have just happened to me

reload the game and u should be able to claim them

There is  a bad salad in the rewards for the spring experience event.  So I am not able to claim the correct units 

I can select only between the following units .... : 

Hero or Niathi  ( correct)

Reaver or Nomads ( wrong )

Priestess or Reiter ( wrong )

Pikemen or Lost one ( wrong ) - Pikemen was never shown during the event as reward ... it was Huntress

Also missing the possibility to choose between 

Succubus - Silent one

As it was shown during the event it should be like this : 

Hero or Niathi 

Nomads or Reiter

Reaver or Priestess

Huntress or Lost one

Succubus or Silent one

Kindly ask you to review it  .... and extra rewards are greatfully accepted for my inconviniences -

it seems that there is any kind of visual bug on this tournament but has been fixed.

if you have claimed the rewards and these are not the total, please reload the game as in the moment this seems to be efective to claim all of them

if after reloading the game still experiment troops are misssing please send a ticket following this link: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

let me know if first solution works or not

First of all ... I am not a Lady, 

I closed the page ... cleared the cache of my web browser ... cleared my DNS cache  and entered again the game ... unfortunately there is no change ... it still does not show the correct rewards 

It is still the same salad as before

i have just been told that seems that due the bug found on the tournament, they had to change the balance of the rewards when fixed that display bug

im afraid u wont be refunded for troops lost on a tournament where the participation is volunteer.

dont hesitate in next sure u will have more troops to gain

Lord Wildaxeman, you still got a Reward, which you can use to make your army stronger.

i play in untamed lands and day before yesterday league fortress showdown was completed and i got around 256 points in it  and to claim reward we need 250 points but i neither got the option to claim the reward nor a message saying that the event was completed 

and here is the location -309; -475
