This is a common problem, if i remember correctly they said they were working on it.

Mine works in a cycle of 3, so i get the same offer every 3 days, The last time they tried to fix it i switched to 3 different ones.

Now im stuck on a 3 loop of 30% of res packs x5 - 30% of building speed boosters x15 and 30% of def revive at healer x50

I think they are trying, And i will know when they try again because my 3 bonuses will change.

(Hint - if you change my bonuses to 80% of legendary and building imperials i will buy a sapph pack)

I have not gotten an 80% anything for over a year now

There is no way to Pass it to support that's been screwed up tooo !!!!!

It was confusing for me the first time as well. Here's the route I had to take.

First go to the support page and select Stormfall. Should look like this: http://prntscr.com/einj7z

Next click on any of the options in the FAQ and click "Submit a request": http://prntscr.com/einjg3

You should be at this page and ready to create your own ticket: http://prntscr.com/einjj9

Sometimes what you have a problem with isn't listed in "What can we help you with today." Just pick the closest thing and continue. Your ticket will still be answered, although possibly with an increased delay if this line was picked incorrectly.
