am i stupid or there is some uncnown trick in support centre. after signing in, veryfing e-mail etc. there is no place to put my request. i only can see FAQ

development race dissapeared without giving results or rewards. i used 11 days worth boosts to get done 2 lvl 22 buildings and 1 lvl 22 lost art.

Hello,

Please note that upgrade or construction are supposed to be finished within the tournament. Constructions and upgrades that finished before and after the tournament don't bring any points.

The tournament was active on 03.03.2017 - 06.03.2017. In the server logs I can see that you have done some upgrades of the lost arts on 01.03.2017 - 02.03.2017. Please bear in mind that upgrade of the altar of Weor doesn't bring any points.

Please note that reward is to be deleted in case the player fails to collect a minimal required number of quest points according to the Tournament conditions. Unfortunately, this time, you have not gained enough points to received the minimal reward.
