Game is down again
How long is the game expected to be down? No warning just down again, I will be losing resources as I had raids out and maybe troops if I can't get back in

Yep have also my army on march to somebody castle ... could not log in (refresh \ delete of cash in browser did not helped)

So Plarium without notice to it's core player base, does not inform about such DB transfer and downtime.
Typical lack of information from Plarium.
"Plarium: Ok, flip the switch. We need to move the database right now. Our Players don't care if the services are down for 2+ hours."
Information is the key. Coming out 40 min later and saying that Plarium is actually moving a database is a bit late in my book.

we were going to announce it it was not supposed to be today however issues occurred in the DB so we started it ahead of schedule
that's a CM response and its all i know :))

I don't blame you personally. Player as a forum moderator can't be blamed for this mess.Though some frustrations must be vented somewhere, at least when CM's seems to stay out of it.

Ok, so Exxxe, you need to ask them how they realized there was an issue, made a decision to shut down, and 30 minutes later none of them have posted a lick of info on here. So now you're here trying to put out a fire that never should have started. Not 1 of them could take 2 minutes to get on the forum to mention this? (notice I'm not blaming you Exxxe, just saying someone needs to be held accountable)
