Ghost Reports are back

on the Stormfall Age of War through Facebook it shows I have a new report under the Grand Marshal and when I go there nothing new it all has been opened. How do I fix this?

I'd like to ask you to send a ticket to the support team. This used to be a bug, but apparently its carapace is stronger than they thought.
