Battle report breaks game?

Here is a crazy one for you...




Ok I wake up and someone had raided me.  It happens, no biggie.

So far game functions fine.

I go to my advisor report to see the details of the battle.


When I click it nothing loads properly

On top of that, the whole game becomes non-responsive and needs a reset.


Also, my ally who had reinforcements there, says that when he clicks his advisor report about the battle the exact same thing happens.



I would like to see that battle report and not have it crash the game.

we are experiencing the same issue and contacting plarium as of this writing 


be patient it may take time mean while enjoy real life oberon decided to give you all a break :))

Any chance of a rollback?  I wouldn't have been so quick to retaliate if I knew the game was gonna bug and the reports were messed up.

i understand the issue 

counselor reports are blank can not be opened cause the game to freeze 


not mentioning that clearing cache and refreshing will make your loading last 10 min and even then some game functions will not work 

if you have another issue well this one right now is bigger :))

nah JK the game in general , server 1 is having problems

As we are sending letters Plarium staff is working on fixing the problem.

Same issue here, plus hero wisdom is gone, quest page wont load most of the time, and several other issues.

Hope they get this fixed soon, real soon!

Lords and ladies 


There are issues on the dark Plains including but not limited to 


1) battle reports blank or do not load completely 


2) some content / buildings / menus may not load properly or at all


3) features not working properly like black market or paragon


Plarium is aware of the issues and they are working on it meantime please 


* avoid any military activity and keep units safe in catacombs 


* avoid doing any purchases , real money or in game using sapphires


* send your ID to Thomas ( can be found in the guide menu )

my reply isn't working......and while I do understand server problems........I am a mod for MS on another game site.......will they replace the boost and troops I lost because of this freeze? I mean they can tell right......it is also frozen building times.......on and off......thanks for the help........oh and chat screen disappears........along with all the troops I had revived.......so you think they are in catacombs.......but they are not really, because game froze while trying to move them so they are gone?......be careful......

Everything should be working correctly. If it is not close your game, clear your cache and restart the game. Thank you for your patience.

I can view the raids and spy reports now.  Thankfully.  

I think in the future you ought to rollback these type of things, though.

I have specific timing strategies and routines that i practice. Having inaccurate reports I act on and lose a lot of troops on just does not inspire the confidence needed to spend real life money on the game.  Im so close too.  Sometimes those 80% sapphire deals are screaming at me.  But then something like this happens and I realize its just not reliable enough to drop cash on.

For a free game though, its fun enough.

Im sure whoever hosts the server does it for our fun anyway.

I understand your frustration but please note we tried to inform everyone of the problem, the temporary solution and actual fix. If you have any good ideas to improve the game please add to suggestion thread.

Hello Plarium, i lost almost my whole offense after a wrong spy report. I wrote the support two days back and nothing happens so far. I really wish to get to know if the wall of defence was there before my spy got the result or after. I mean, i am a careful player and i like to know why the reports showed something wrong.

If you spied an active member, they may have recalled their defense to the castle. Did you send a ticket to support so they could investigate for you? https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
