i also dont understand what your issue is but i think you are not receiving dragons from your dragon stone even after activating the dragon abilities using marks
well in that case you receive normal dragons in your catacombs directly ( track their count )

I assume you're not receiving dragons by use of Arcane Marks.
They have probably gone safely to your catacombs; Just check it and see if you got the dragons.
If not, however, please inform the support team as Lord BioHazard has said.
