RegardsI purchased a package that gives me items for 14 days. Today is day 2 and when I try to claim my prizes for today I get a message that there is a problem with the server and to refresh or reload my page. I have done this multiple times to no avail can someone please help.That usually means either the server is lagging or your internet connection is bad. Try waiting a while then opening it again, if there's a connection problem it usually is fixed pretty quickly.

Thanks, the last link did send me the page to put in a ticket. I've had the same problem with the collecting the day 2.
Michelle, & anyone else seeing an error message for this 14 day package...
You are seeing the error because you are trying to claim that days reward from the package too soon. It goes on a SPECIFIC 24 hour clock. So, say you collected yesterdays reward at 11:13pm CST....you will then not be able to collect today's reward until at LEAST 11:13pm CST or after. As I said, it goes on a down to the minute, specific 24 hour clock, so if you are seeing the error message, it is because 24 hours has not passed since you last claimed the previous days reward. I had the same issue until I figured it out.
