im just going to assume here and say welcome to the game 

first (if you mean off power ) then yes and some players are already raiding with hundreds of millions 

second ( if you mean resources won ) well there is a 100k for sure and i will shut my mouth there :))

There is a glitch in the code that allows you to raid a player for 150k in a single week. this is how it is done.

Before the daily reset (8 hours in my case) raid a player. The following week at the same time you will notice that the enemy list and contact list displays 0 rss taken and will be able to raid again but not collect any of the 50k because that is reset at the daily server reset. You will be able to collect the amount you are sending with your caravans, 50k. Then 8 hours later on the server reset the 50k becomes available. At this time you can raid and push for a total of 100k.

In theory you can repeat this during that 8 hour period and collect far more but I have already sent in a ticket with screen shots, any further testing is abuse and cheating.

Plarium already knows about this, they have said that it is not a glitch but a game feature.  So feel free to use it as much as you like. 

yup i have seen the same.. one person i knows does this to get food.. since he is extremely negative on food..
