We’ve created this thread to let players discuss game issues, help each other with different gameplay situations, and report any bugs they might find. This thread will be constantly monitored by me.

 

I work hand-in-hand with the development team, so they will be able to provide you with any updated information and assist you with game issues.

 

Please note: I not be able to review game log files, so we've introduced some limits in this section.

 

I will not be able to answer questions about the following:

 

• Units/Rubies/Game Items disappearing
  
• Payment issues
  
• Insults, bullying, etc.
  
• Multi-accounting
  
• Features that allow players to invite friends
  
• Security issues
  

 

All topics concerning these issues will be deleted or moved to different threads.
