Hey, some players pay cash for sapphires and those upgrades! Selling goods that don't perform to quoted standards is a fraud... too bad I'm living in the European Union, where justice seems to favor big enterprises over consumers... But if I were a U.S. citizen I would get a law-firm and sue the bast.ards through a class actionNormal issue.
Plarium prefers offensive players, so unless the weekly cap has been reached, they will always get something for their trip...

This situation is not a bug. It's a part of the regular gameplay. Please refer to the game guide:
You can capture no more than 50% of the Enemy's Warehouse capacity in each raid, and 5% of captured Resources will be subtracted as the cost of the Raid. If the Castle has already been raided to its limit by other players, or the amount of Resources in Warehouse is less than 50% of its capacity, the Raider will get 5% of Resources stored in Warehouse at the time of the Raid.
