Plarium needs to do more to keep our accounts secure

Plarium has claimed our accounts are 100% secure while simultaneously denying all responsibility for any attacks on our accounts that exploit weaknesses in their design, but originate from email, facebook, etc.

The fact is people are engaging in criminal behavior to compromise accounts while Plarium acknowledges is happening and denies responsibility.

Here is my suggestion and I STRONGLY recommend Plarium adopt it.  Give us the option for multi-factor authentication.  I have that for nearly every other account, including accounts I have with other games.  One thing that can make these criminal acts much harder is if we are able to have verification codes sent to our mobile numbers when the account is logged from a different location than usual and to verify any changes to our accounts such as email or password changes.

Your assurances that our accounts are secure ring hollow when these criminals continue to hijack player's accounts.

Hello.

We do our best to secure the game from hackers' attacks as we have a strong protection against outside interference. That means no-one can hack your account without knowing the password/login combination. But still, the security of your social network account and Plarium.com account is the sole responsibility of you as the account holder. Please, don't share your login or password with anyone, don't follow suspicious links and don't use third-party services, which require your account details.

As for your suggestion with multi-factor authentication, I hope we will have it in one of the future plarium.com updates.
