are u trying to attack or capture it ??

check if your troops are on catacombs sometimes if u try to attack and when arriving nobody is there ur troops come back instantly to catacombs

same if in the way to capture it the hamlet dissappear. but on both cases u should receive a report

however do as Lord Ichezis say and send a ticket to support
