And today the same issue, resetted the PC, it worked.

Did the next payment, same issue. 

I'm not sure why your payment method is in Rubles if you go to the Game launcher you can check and  change your currency set up 

Go to Game Launcher and click on Settings

then click on Payments

then  pick the country and set your country and currency using the Edit

So wird deine IP-Adresse nicht übertragen. Möglicherweise lassen sich die Zahlungsmodalitäten dann ändern. Oben hast du geschrieben, du wärst in Deutschland "I living in Germany, why bill comes in rubles". Einige Gamer haben lange Zeit aus Argentinien gezahlt, was wesentlich kostengünstiger war. Darum hat Plarium vor einigen Monaten technisch etwas geändert, damit sie nicht mehr betrogen werden. Ich bin neugierig zu erfahren, ob das Starten deiner Burg(en) aus einer Sandbox hilft. Wäre nett, wenn du eine Rückmeldung machst.
