My friend is trying for 3 weeks now to reinstall Plarium App without success. After unsuccessfull update she was adised to unistall App and install it again, all she got is "A black box shows up with orange dots ".
PC OS is MS Windows 10. Please help.
your friend needs to completely uninstall all plarium player programs and Past downloads absolutely all traces including all from her remove apps list then double check to be sure it gone including from recycle bin before you restart computer then Check computer to be sure all traces are gone by doing a search in your computer for Plarium Player and check your apps area to make sure there is nothing then then reload the app when you are sure all is gone.
Also she may want to make sure her antivirus program is not blocking plarium Play sometimes Window updates send security to default after upgrades

I just explained above what your trouble is you have too many copies of the player in your computer. All traces must be removed and a clean install of the Plarium player then that will solve your troubles
