one of our players opened 50 EPIC + 1 Holy and scored 15 points.

I will check but I think  that is what they have decided is fair compensation . I will forward your question and get back to you .

1. Players received 3 Holy Summoning Bonds/Elite Hiring Bonds in the event, despite the bug, we will give them a large compensation pack
2. Players did not score 20 points for the event
We will give 10 Advanced Hiring Bonds / Epic Summoning Bonds that they opened during the bug + compensation pack (that can be used in the next event).
3. Players scored enough points to get Holy Summoning Bonds/Elite Hiring Bonds
We will give the missing number of Holy Summoning Bonds/Elite Hiring Bonds (for example, 24 points were earned with a bug (and if you count correctly, then 60 points) -> the player took 1 in the event Holy Summoning Bond/Elite Hiring Bond -> we will give out the missing 2 + compensation pack.
Those who scored more than 3 Summoning Bonds/Elite Hiring Bonds (with the correct recalculation) are given as described above. Example: I opened 280 Epic Summoning Bonds/Advanced Hiring Bonds with a bug (all in packs of 10) -> earned 28 points with a bug and received 1 Holy Summoning Bonds/Elite Hiring Bonds-> we will give him 2 missing ones and that's it (since the event does not imply more than 3 Holy Summoning Bonds/Elite Hiring Bonds) + compensation pack. 

I need specific information just saying some player  is too vauge to give a proper answer I need to know  what player server and cords  Please send to me in PM if you don't want it public eye

 I'm a mod I don't do he Tech stuff  I was told I need castles information to pass on so they can check.  Now they have gone for the day at the plarium office. I can give them the info to see when they get back in

So if there is more than one server , Castle, Account then give me all the information so I can give it to them.

Please tell  how many X10 epics where played during that short time of the event when it was faulty.
