The account was likely cracked, not hacked. 

The user likely, out of trust shared his email with these captain. And the captain likely cracked the account and changed his email. 

Or the account was hacked, using change your password vulnerability. which sites like hotmail are slow to fix

To protect yourself from being hacked/cracked

• Change your email, plus the phone number its registered to atleast twice a year. I do it every 6 month
  
• Use a reputable, high security email. Google mail is far the best
• Don't ever save your password when logging into a game/ or set  remember password
• Use a complex, non fimilliar password+Email account.
• Create an imaginary person( Zulu, Chinese name) and play as him, never ever as yourself
• Never ever tell anyone your credentials
• Have a reputable, anti virus/malware Trojan tool installed at your PC
• When you log out LOG out, delete history and really kill the game
• Never ever go to a black market site with the game running( e.g torrent site ect)
• Always, Always use a VPN. No one should ever know where you live, especially when you go to those teamspeak. My advice set a internet VPN connecting to a high profile location like university, government office.
• Don't trust anyone
• be very careful with social site that collect hundreds of data in the back door, it can lend anywhere.

The only way of getting help in these regards is for the player to contact the support team. Submit another ticket.

Hello Sorry it took me a long time to get here.

My league told me to write you here for help with the hacker.

This is weird.... I opened my laptop today and my browser was open to my game.

I was inside operating my castle. Kicked the hacked King Chaos out of the league and set another member as marshal. I wrote him to put my partner marshal there. Hope he answers--

Meanwhile, When I click open another tab--

It logged that window out but I am still inside my game. IDK how long I can stay in it.. I guess till he signs in. What can I do>?

I have some more screens.

I am REALLY upset! I been playing that castle MORE THAN 3-YEARS LONG!

I AM IN THE CASTLE HOLD AND YOUY CAN STILL SEE MY NAME KING CHAOS BUT LOOK AT THE CASTLE NAME

The outside castle name stayed that of the crack-hack.

Maybe, we can some day have a Resurrection Party for this 4-year old Castle.

I got my account back by pressuring the hacker. THIS COMPANY DID NOT HELP AND I PLAYED MORE THAN 5-YEARS.

He hacked my e-mail stole my game and my league.

I got my account back but he deleted my league.

No one should tolerate hacking no matter who's alt account frit is.
